We are continually adapting our procedures in response to the situation with Coronavirus, and we use this page to keep customers updated about our processes and despatch, to give you confidence in our service at Brolliesgalore.
The Showroom :
Now that restrictions have been eased in Scotland, everything is almost back to normal, but we are aware that some of our customers still need to be as careful as possible, so if you need any facemasks to be worn, please let us know in advance. As always, we strive to make this a welcoming and safe place for our customers, we are continuing to wipe down all surfaces regularly to protect our customers and staff. Facemasks are still available if required and hand sanitiser is also provided for your use on the desk as you enter.
If you still do not wish to enter the shop, please note that we are offering a click & collect service, so if you are local and would like to pick up your purchase from us, please let us know by telephone or by adding a message to your order. We will then let you know when your order is ready for no-contact collection. As ever, our website remains open for all orders and enquiries.

Our Summer Shutdown this year is the first two weeks in August. We will be closed from Saturday 30th July to Sunday 14th August to have a family holiday - its been a long two years in our wee bubble and although we have managed to keep going through the lockdowns, with staff shortages we are now in need of a rest. We will despatch as many orders as we can on Friday 29th July up until the couriers arrive. We will return to work with our batteries charged on Monday 15th August 2022. Any orders placed during this time will be despatched asap on our return.
Please note: that any orders placed in this time with express delivery selected will be despatched on Monday 15th August 2022 on a next day delivery service. Express and enhanced delivery options will be prioritised and then the standard delivery orders, but we aim to be caught up with orders by Tuesday 16th August.
Despatching Orders outwith our summer shutdown:
We still continue to operate standard working hours, and our despatch process is unaffected by the present measures. As before, if you have questions, please drop us an email at any time, and our customer line is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. So if you do have need to contact us, we would be delighted to chat with you and help with your orders and questions.
We are committed to delivering your orders on time and making sure you get our beautiful products directly to your door safe and sound.
Delivery Service Notifications:
Please be aware that any delivery times quoted are guidelines for normal conditions. In most instances, our couriers are delivering within the estimated time provided, although some delivery services throughout the UK are still having localised staff shortage issues, this is beyond our control, but they are trying to cover absences where possible. Please also note, International order delivery times are also affected depending upon location, particularly within several countries in mainland Europe.
