We are continually adapting our procedures in response to the Coronavirus situation, and we use this page to keep customers updated about our situation and confident in our service at Brolliesgalore.


The Stick & Cane Shop Showroom Re-Opening Guidelines – Brolliesgalore Purchases:

We are now able to reopen The Stick & Cane Shop showroom beside our warehouse to local visitors. However, for the protection of customers and staff the way in which we operate the showroom will change for the foreseeable future.

We do not have any of our Brolliesgalore products on display in the showroom itself, other than a selection of wedding umbrellas. However, if you are local, you can stop by and purchase in person any product available on our website. Please ensure you know the name/product code of the item you would like before visiting.

When visiting our showroom:

  • Please be aware that due to a limited space, only one person* is permitted in the showroom at a time.
  • Please also be aware that following current Scottish Governmental requirements, face coverings must be worn by customers entering the showroom.
  • On arrival, the main door will be locked, so please ring the doorbell to alert a member of staff to your presence. This gives our staff time to put on PPE masks and visors for your protection.
  • A member of staff will greet you and open the door for you.
  • Please feel free to make use of the hand gel provided on the desk in front of you.

*exceptions can be made for those visiting with a carer

We ensure that the showroom is cleaned regularly. Furthermore, please rest assured that products and any packaging are also disinfected between customer visits. For your safety, our staff respect the 2m rule with any visitors to our showroom.


Despatching Orders:

We are now operating standard working hours, so our despatch process is now unimpeded. As before, if you have questions, please drop us an email at any time, and our customer line is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. So if you do have need to contact us, we would be delighted to chat with you and help with your orders and questions.


We are committed to delivering your orders on time and making sure you get our beautiful products directly to your door safe and sound.


Royal Mail and our couriers have reassured us that they are still operating as normal with extra public health precautions in place for collecting and delivering your goods safely. The only aspect of delivery that has been affected is that all timed deliveries are still suspended until further notice.



Delivery Service Notifications:

Please be aware that any delivery times quoted are guidelines for normal conditions. As of August 2020 we now find that the timings of our UK deliveries are now back to normal.
