We are continually adapting our procedures in response to the situation with Coronavirus, and we use this page to keep customers updated about our processes, and confident in our service at Brolliesgalore.

The Showroom Reopening:

Now that restrictions are beginning to lift in Scotland, we are happy to announce that our showroom is now open (as of 26th of April 2021). As before, we strive to make this a welcoming and safe place for our customers, with many Covid-secure measures in place to protect our customers and staff. When you visit, simply ring the doorbell to alert a member of staff to your presence, this will give us time to don a facemask and visor to ensure you are protected. Furthermore, please also be aware that due to the small size of our showroom we can only permit one customer and a carer, at a time in order to adhere to the distancing guidance. Facemasks should be worn when entering the shop and hand sanitiser is also provided for your use on the desk as you enter.

If you still do not wish to enter the shop, please note that we are offering a click & collect service, so if you are local and would like to pick up your purchase from us, please let us know by telephone or by adding a message to your order. We will then let you know when your order is ready for no-contact collection. As ever, our website remains open for all orders and enquiries.

Despatching Orders:

We still continue to operate standard working hours, and our despatch process is unaffected by the present measures. As before, if you have questions, please drop us an email at any time, and our customer line is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. So if you do have need to contact us, we would be delighted to chat with you and help with your orders and questions.

We are committed to delivering your orders on time and making sure you get our beautiful products directly to your door safe and sound.

Delivery Service Notifications:

Please be aware that any delivery times quoted are guidelines for normal conditions. In most instances, our couriers are delivering within the estimated time provided, but seasonal pressures as well as regional lockdown measures throughout the UKare having some local effects.  We will continue to monitor developments and update the information on here as soon as we have it. Please also note, International order delivery times are also affected depending upon location, particularly within several countries in mainland Europe.
