Guy De Jean Umbrellas just have that little bit of something special about them. Guy De Jean is renowned for their creativeness and originality, their parasols are beautiful and as a result of their craftsman ship they make umbrellas and parasols for designers like Chantal Thomass and Jean Paul Gaultier. Their own range of unique umbrella designs depict romantic Parisienne scenes and of elegant french cats and poodles. These wonderful designs are then added to an excellent frame often with a more beautiful yet traditional domed canopy. These umbrellas are of high quality yet still within a price range of around £50 unlike most of the other designer umbrella which are around the £100 mark.
We have a new addition to the Guy De Jean Umbrella range. This umbrella named ‘Les Ponts De Paris’ (The Bridges of Paris) is a gorgeous umbrella, the slight dome to the canopy shows off the illustration beautifully. It is a striking black and cream design of the Paris bridges and the Eiffel tower featuring in 4 panels.
The umbrella is manual opening and has a black wooden shaft and a black metal frame with a lovely lacquered black handle, slightly shaped for comfort. The canopy fabric has also been treated with Teflon to prevent from staining and just watch the raindrops run off the fabric, which is great for when you eventually get back inside… one shake and the umbrella dispels the raindrops which cling to most umbrella canopies!
If you have the time take a look at the other Guy De Jean Umbrellas, and if your a dog or a cat lover the Minet Minette Umbrella or Dogs with bows umbrella or even the Parisienne Poodles Umbrella maybe the umbrella for you!
