Elegant double canopy umbrella, plain black outer canopy with a pretty flower print fabric interior. The edges of both canopies have a unique scalloped and pierced edges, the outer canopy is cut slightly higher than the interior so it gives a further scalloped detail. Manual frame with a soft touch rubberised crook handle.
