I placed my order late sunday night, it was processed by 8:40 monday morning when I received an e-mail giving me very clear instructions as to how to pay, which were very helpful. 'I was in Germany so on my return home, I had to fetch it from the parcel office. My face must have been a picture as the postwoman handed over what looked like a giant cardboard Toblerone!
